This trial collects multiple tissue and blood samples, along with medical information, from cancer patients. The "Cancer Moonshot Biobank" is a longitudinal study. This means it collects and stores samples and information over time, throughout the course of a patient's cancer treatment. By looking at samples and information collected from the same people over time, researchers hope to better understand how cancer changes over time and over the course of medical treatments. This phase III trial compares durvalumab to the usual approach (patient observation) after surgery for the treatment of patients with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The usual approach for patients who are not in a study is to closely watch a patient's condition after surgery and to have regular visits with their doctor to watch for signs of the cancer coming back. Usually, patients do not receive further treatment unless the cancer returns. This study will help determine whether this different approach with durvalumab is better, the same, or worse than the usual approach of observation. Giving durvalumab may help patients live longer and prevent early-stage non-small cell lung cancer from coming back as compared to the usual approach. Read Less

The main purpose of the study is to assess whether the study drug, LY4066434, is safe and tolerable when administered to participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors with certain KRAS mutations. LY4066434 will be given alone or in combination with other treatments. The study will have 2 parts: monotherapy dose escalation and dose optimization. The purpose of this multicentric, open label trial (NAPISTAR 1-01) is to evaluate the safety/tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of TUB-040 and to find the best dose of TUB-040 in patients with ovarian cancer and Non Small Cell Lung Cancer. TUB-040 is an antibody-drug-conjugate which delivers a topoisomerase I inhibitor to tumor cells which overexpress the target NaPi2b. The study consists of two parts: In dose escalation, ovarian cancer patients and lung cancer patients receive increasing doses of TUB-040 until the maximal tolerated dose is found. In dose optimization, at least two doses are compared with each other to determine which dose is optimal for patients. This phase III trial compares the effect of bevacizumab and osimertinib combination vs. osimertinib alone for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lungs (stage IIIB-IV) and has a change (mutation) in a gene called EGFR. The EGFR protein is involved in cell signaling pathways that control cell division and survival. Sometimes, mutations in the EGFR gene cause EGFR proteins to be made in higher than normal amounts on some types of cancer cells. This causes cancer cells to divide more rapidly. Osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking EGFR that is needed for cell growth in this type of cancer. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving osimertinib with bevacizumab may control cancer for longer and help patients live longer as compared to osimertinib alone. Read Less

This phase II/III trial compares the addition of radiation therapy to the usual treatment (immunotherapy with or without chemotherapy) versus (vs.) usual treatment alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) whose tumor is also negative for a molecular marker called PD-L1. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, ipilimumab may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. AZD6738 may stop the growth of tumor cells and may kill them by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Durvalumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Adding AZD6738 to durvalumab may increase time without cancer in patients with non-small cell lung cancer, following treatment with chemotherapy and surgery. Read Less
